Product Information and Disclaimer

Our products do not contain preservatives or harsh chemicals, however, they are not hypo-allergic.  If you have an allergy to ragweed or other botanicals, some of our herbal based product may results in an allergic response.  Please consult your healthcare provider should you develop a rash or allergic response. Also, please consult your healthcare provider before using any botanical product.

Since our products are made from natural, and mostly organic ingredients - which do not contain preservatives - many of the products do not have a long shelf life.  We make our products in small qualities so they can be use within a short time span.  For that reason, we encourage and recommend regular use of the products to receive optimal benefit. 


Sold Out Workshops

We have limited shop for most of our workshops.  Most of these workshops are very popular and fill quickly.  If you have tried to register for an workshop that is already full, please look for another session.  Please feel free to contact us by phone 303-350-0753 or by email, customerservice@myechantedleaf.com, for more information.


Workshop Cancellation Policy

Refund policy:  100% refunds will be given if cancellation notice is received 5 days prior to the date of the workshop, minus a $5.00 handling fee.  Any cancellation within 2 days of the workshop will be reimbursed at a rate of 75% minus the $5.00 handling fee.  No shows will not be reimbursed, however, you will be offered an option to reschedule.  All cancellations have an option to reschedule when the course is offered again without the handling fee.  


Refunds

Unused, unopened products may be returned with receipt for full refund within 2 weeks of purchase.  Opened and used items with receipt will receive an exchange if returned within 2 weeks of purchase.  Returned items without receipt within 2 weeks will receive store credit.


Shop Hours

Our regular business hours are Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 2pm. While we strive to keep the shop open during our regular business hours, staffing issues and bad weather may prohibit us from opening. If you find the shop is not open during regular business hours or are unable to visit the shop during regular business hours please email or call in your order and we will have it ready for in-store pick up or standard mail withing 24 hours. Feel free to call us during business hours for information and ordering. 

The shop is closed for major holidays: 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day.

Increment Weather - Due to our holistic employee policy for employee safety, the shop will not be open during inclement weather.   However, we will accept email and phone orders.  Please check the website for updates.
